Marble head of a smiling Bachus in ancient Roman manner; on later round red and grey marble base; the head deeply carved with a branch with leaves and grapes on his head, partly curly hair; on the reverse old restoration with rosty iron piece; naturalistic facial features; the nose and the tooth possibly restored and partly from later date; the marbe with grey vains; old restorations.
